I Just wanted to say thanks to you, and your staff, for the Great Customer Service I received with my transmission purchase, and the help with the installation.  I know there were some issues and concerns at the beginning with some installation problems on my end, but you and your staff worked closely with me to make sure that I had everything I needed to make the installation right, even swapping the 6 speed transmission for a 5 speed transmission which fit much better in my 1969 Firebird.  

The fact that you spoke with me personally over the phone, and made some recommendations to me on what you thought would be best for me and my car, made all the difference in the world to how things turned out.  Your advice was right on the money, and the final installation went just fine with no hangups.  Without your help, I probably would still be fighting the installation of the transmission. 

Now that everything with the transmission is completed, along with my totally rebuilt 400 motor, I'm enjoying the car more than ever with that 5 speed overdrive transmission.

Once again, thank you for all your help, and please thank all the members of your staff that assisted me at different times throughout this process, including Gene, Franky, and Richard.
