While other companies have come and gone trying to duplicate the “PerfectFit™ Kit”, none have the engineering expertise, nor the vast knowledge base Keisler Engineering and Silver Sport Transmissions have developed over the years.   • Optional synchronizer upgrade for 7,000 rpm shifts and bronze fork pads for increased longevity
  • STX® Short Throw Shifter has a biased spring shifter mechanism for precise, crisp shifts
  • Mid CoverPlate Machined for greater clearance
  • True, an internal offset which maintains correct shift geometry. This reduces shifter travel and prevents dirt from entering the shifter mechanism

TREMEC Magnum 6-Speed

This is the centerpiece of TREMEC’s high-performance line-up. The Magnum 6-speed takes the state-of-the-art OEM technology and pairs it with the most popular features of the TREMEC TKO 5-speed. It has two overdriven gears and is a strong, yet refined transmission. This transmission has many of the same internal parts as today’s most celebrated factory muscle cars – including the Dodge Challenger, Viper, and the Chevrolet Camaro – giving you refinement where you want and strength where it counts.

TREMEC Magnum-F 6-Speed Manual Transmission

TREMEC Magnum-F 6-SpeedDesigned to replace T-56 transmissions in 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaros and Pontiac Firebirds, the Magnum-F® 6-Speed is a completely new, direct replacement specifically designed for fourth gens by TREMEC®. The Magnum-F utilizes the same design advances found in the TR-6060 and TREMEC Magnum 6-Speeds to provide fourth-gen enthusiasts significantly improved performance and relief from a shrinking pool of quality T-56 replacement parts.

It’s also a great transmission for many late model cars, including 3rd Gen F-bodies, LT1-powerered4th Gen F-bodies, LS-swapped late models of all varieties, and sport compact applications such as A80 Supras, FD RX-7s, and more!

TREMEC Magnum XL 6-Speed Manual Transmission

Magnum XL 6-Speed

TREMEC introduced this transmission in 2012 as a continuation of the popular Magnum 6-Speed series. The Magnum XL has everything the Magnum has, but they eliminated the multiple shifter locations and dual speedo outputs.

Theextendedtailshafteliminatesthe semi-remote shifter found in many popular late-model cars, but it's narrow enough to fit in the tunnel without modification.

We offer this transmission for 2005-2014 Mustangs.
